We begin with a free consultation to discuss your housing search. After the consultation, you will receive a payment link for a one-time contribution of € 29.99 for the setup of your file. This contribution ensures the serious intent of our clients and allows us to proceed carefully with your case.

If successful (you find a home through us!), our fees are equal to the rent price (excluding VAT), but these will only be charged upon final confirmation of the rental property and the preparation of the lease agreement.
